Into Endless Arms

Of course, if I’d been on top of things I would have known about this already, but thankfully the eagle-eyed Mr Andrew Cheverton noticed immediately. The Factor Fiction website is now serialising our comic collaboration Into Endless Arms. This is a neat little six page tale written by me and drawn by Mr Cheverton, and there’ll be a new page up every day until Thursday. Page 1 and page 2 are already up.  This is new, so you won’t have seen it anywhere before.

What’s it about? Well, it’s a sideshow story, as we see a fat man dying in a freak show, and the goodbyes that are said to him. There will eventually be a number of these stories, all set in the same milieu, with lots of interesting artists on board. Why, even Mr Baillie has done one…

Anyway. Get yourself over to the Factor Fiction Violent! site and have yourself a read.

Into Endless Arms: The Thrilling Conclusion!

Just a last reminder for you to get yourselves over to the Factor Fiction site to read the final page of Into Endless Arms. Of course, you can also go back and read from the beginning, which of course means that you’ll be able to read through the whole thing.   Thanks to Andrew for the lovely art, and thanks to Jay and Selina over at Factor Fiction for playing hosts to the story.

Into Endless Print

I was pleased to discover, on my little sortie to Bristol this last weekend, another comic of mine has bullied its way into print.  Into Endless Arms, the comic that Andrew Cheverton and I concocted and which was originally presented at the Violent site, has been put into the latest print issue of same.  That’s number thirteen, for those of you excited by numerical connections.

Anyway, you will all be wanting to get a copy for your children’s children, because the version on the web will be unavailable after the fourth world war destroys electronics as we know it and we are lorded over by super-mutated fieldmice.  Um, so anyway, you’ll be wanting a copy for yourselves too, no doubt.  Rush on over the Violent site now to order a copy, and you can still read the comic itself there too.

At least for the moment!

(And for all those of you who loved Into Endless Arms, there’ll be some interesting news coming soon…)

More Of Me At Strip For Me

The present author, taken in Prague

I thought that it was probably about time to remind all of you, my wonderful readers, where you can find me round and about on this great big old internet. After all, there’s so much to see, you wouldn’t want to miss anything!

My main website, as ever, remains www.strip-for-me.com and you can find near daily updates there, including new comics work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At the moment the comics are Robotnik and a series of one page Unfriendly Romances. There’s still the archives too – The Silent Choir is always waiting for you.

You might also like to read some of the comics that I have scattered round the place. For example, you might like to take a look at The Curse of the Bride of Mickey Rourke, or Past Crimes Unpunished, or Into Endless Arms.

In addition to this, every Friday sees a new episode of The Rule of Death at serializer.com. That’s the cadaverous western that I draw and Mr Goodbrey writes, if you didn’t know. If you like it, there’s also both a page and a group on Facebook, full of interesting behind the scenes bits and pieces.

Speaking of social networks, I’m on a bunch of ‘em. You can not only find me on Facebook, but I can also be found at LiveJournal, MySpace, Bebo, Flickr and go knows what else. Oh, Twitter, that’s what. I use some of them more than others, as you might well imagine, but I’m there.
